In this spirit, the SLEC project has planned a socio-energy diagnostic for the eight municipalities that will host the eight SLECs in the TTAH region, with the aim of identifying the various energy and climate challenges linked to each territory and outlining a roadmap for each SLEC based on the specific characteristics of its host municipality.<\/p>\n<p>This mission is being carried out by GERES, an international development NGO working to improve living conditions and combat climate change and its impacts.
